ALASKA MISSION TRIP

- For the Alaska Mission team as they make preparations: financially, physically & spiritually
- For the families that we will be serving during the Salmon Frenzy Outreach, that they will be open to hearing the gospel
- For our church's response to the need in Alaska. For future partnership with Alaska Missions & Retreats to reach the lost in Alaska

"One Acre, One Health Garden"
Black Mountain, NC
- Located in Buncombe county, North Carolina
- Hurricane Helene caused significant damage
- FBCSC will be partnering with Paws and Effects nonprofit, to help build and plant a community garden
Pray for:
- Local volunteers who are Christians who can help with the project
- A team of 15+ from FBCSC to help with garden installation--May 15-17, 2025
- For gospel conversations to occur and for a healing impact in the community for the people and livestock there.

Elk Park, NC
Elk Park, NC is a small community
- Located in Avery County, North Carolina
- Has sustained incredible damage during Hurricane Helene, this damage will be felt by the community for years to come.
- FBCSC has been blessed to form a partnership with First Baptist Elk Park. Through this partnership we hope to:
- assist in rebuild and recovery efforts of the community of Elk park and surrounding areas
- help to complete construction projects, cleanup efforts, and other community projects in the weeks and months to come
Pray for:
- God to open doors to allow us to help those in need, have gospel conversations and share Jesus with the people of Elk Park
- For continued clean up from the hurricane. The debris is a high fire risk in the area
- For volunteers to continue to partner with clean up and to rebuild efforts in the area
- For the safety of those volunteers
